Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to our residents ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Duties:
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor and record resident vital signs and medical information.
- Following resident care plans in accordance with residents' needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Maintain accurate resient records.

Requirements:
- Valid New York State LPN license.
- Proficiency in primary care, critical care, and case management.
- Experience in medication administration, suture, catheter care, and anatomy knowledge.
- Strong understanding of physiology and the ability to apply it in patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $35.50 per hour

Expected hours: 7.25 – 36.25 per week
