Responsibilities:
- Conducting make-ready move-in turns to prepare apartments for new residents
- Performing drywall and paint repairs as needed
- Handling appliance repairs and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and fixing plumbing and electrical issues
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents
- Conducting routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
Requirements:
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance is essential
- Must own a basic tool kit and basic drill
- Proficiency in make-ready move-in turns, drywall/paint, appliance repairs, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
