Overview:
As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented Sales Repersentatives to join our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage top Sales Talent while promoting our employer's brand
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for open positions.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process for all parties involved.
4. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
5. Employer Branding: Represent the company positively in all interactions with candidates, promoting our values, culture, and opportunities.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and best practices
- Proficient in using recruitment software, such as Workday or ADP, for candidate tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to conduct effective cold calling and networking to source potential candidates
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
