Job Description The Regional Consultant, in partnership with a Regional Director, will be responsible for sales, support, and service of our Financial Intermediary partners in their assigned region associated with Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Management Solutions. The investment vehicles include open/closed-end private funds, non-traded REIT, Interval Funds, BDCs, and Mutual Funds. The position is channelized calling on Wires, RIAs, and Independent Broker Dealers (IBDs). The Regional Consultant is responsible for supporting major markets and directly managing secondary markets within their Region with a client-centric, sales- driven approach to the marketplace. The Regional Consultant’s performance is measured by gross fund flows, assets under management, sales activities, client expansion and retention, and broader team contribution to the National sales effort. Compensation is performance-based consisting of salary and annual bonus. Responsibilities: Build relationships with Financial Advisors through high-quality, pro-active interactions. Ability to articulate Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions' sophisticated products. Handle daily territory management tasks to ensure business efficacy and effective prioritization of resources. Utilize the CRM system to log all client activity. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Passion for Capital markets and Alternative Investments. Strong work ethic, high integrity, and values. Motivated to achieve success and grow with the firm. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, or related field. 3 years minimum experience as an internal sales associate in financial services industry. Series 7 and 63 Licensed. CAIA, MBA, CFA a plus. Travel: The position is NYC based and minimal travel is required. Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
