Job Description
- A/P Processing : Experience processing, matching and paying a high volume of monthly recurring invoices (500 )
- Microsoft Excel & Cloud Accounting skills : Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and cloud accounting software
- General Bookkeeping : Foundational knowledge of general business bookkeeping concepts
- Customer Service : Ability to provide outstanding customer service to our vendors and customers.
- High volume processing of monthly paper and electronic vendor bills (500 per month)
- Accounts Payable processing including invoice matching, invoice posting and invoice payment
- Purchase order creation, verification and processing
- Accounts Receivable and other back-office administrative duties as needed
- 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in a professional office environment
- 3 years of experience using a major cloud accounting software (Quick books, Netsuite, Xero, Zoho Books or similar)
- 2 years of high-volume Accounts Payable processing
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Degree in finance, accounting or other directly related field OR 5 years of overall accounting/bookkeeping experience in lieu of a degree
- Professional disposition, highly organized and punctual
- $45,000 annual salary
