Join the Iberia Team! We are currently searching for a Sales Manager-Vitarroz to join our growing team of professionals! Iberia Foods Corp, is a Food & Beverage distribution company with locations in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Chicago, Atlanta, and two locations in Florida, Miami and Orlando. Iberia Foods first started in 1930 with a diverse portfolio of leading brands from the Caribbean and Latin America. We service over 12,000 supermarkets, club stores, wholesalers and independent retailers.Iberia Foods understands the unique and differentiated needs of each community. The company sells, distributes, and promotes a complete and diverse portfolio of leading brands from the Caribbean, Latin America.
Purpose:Direct, manage and execute the commercial strategy of the different categories in the region, adhering to the policies and strategies defined by General Management, with the aim of achieving the goals of volume, market share, numerical distribution, maximize the profitability of the operation and guarantee the correct execution at the point of sale.
ResponsibilitiesDirect the actions and commercial strategies, for internal client and mainly for external client, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the goals established in the annual strategic plan, and maintain a sustainable business.
Perform periodic reviews of the Go To Market of the region, in order to make the necessary corrections to raise the level of service to our customers, thus improving the performance of commercial KPIs, business profitability.
Manage economic resources and ensure the efficient use of the budget, in order to provide the sales force with the necessary tools to achieve monthly and annual objectives.
Direct sales team to ensure compliance with the company's sales processes and policies.
Establish solid relationships with customers that maximize the profitability of the business.
Guarantee The Correct Unfolding Of Commercial Objectives And The Respective Management And Monitoring System In Order To Achieve Compliance With The Objectives In The Most Efficient Way.right
Control the use of the allocation of commercial resources, in order to maximize the economic income of the region.
May aid to incorporate information into the system (order entry, new client in system).
