Job Summary:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Coordinator based at Brooklyn Brands in New York, NY. The position offers the flexibility of some remote work, catering to professionals who excel in dynamic environments both in and out of the office. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for trading partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of any issues.

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including the coordination of shipments, timely product delivery, and inventory management.

• Handle financial transactions related to logistics activities, such as accounts payable, collections, and invoice issuance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate communication and operations between the manufacturing team and truck drivers to streamline production and delivery processes.

• Continuously assess and optimize supply chain management processes to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a logistics coordination role.

• Proven experience in customer support, particularly with major clients.

• Strong background in finance-related tasks such as accounts payable, collections, and invoice management.

• Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.

• Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Previous experience with coordinating truck logistics or managing truck operations is a plus.
