Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate staff in daily operational activities
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in store management or related field
- Strong sales and supervisory skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate employees
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
