As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary with weekly paychecks, commission, and bonus opportunities. With base salaries ranging from $18 to $23 per hour, along with expected bonuses and commissions averaging $1,200 to $1,500 per month, this position offers an excellent and competitive earning potential. We are a team that is focused on growth and success not only for our agency, but our team members as well.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Cultivate relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources.
Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain the Florida 2-20 and 4-40 Insurance License (if not already licensed).
  • Strongly preferred is a bilingual candidate who is fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
