Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Utilize multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs
- Engage in outbound calling activities to promote our Fertilization and Weed Control programs.
- Perform data entry accurately to maintain customer records and service details.
