Desktop Support Technician

Project Scope: We will be supplying technicians over to assist in moving 2400 employee’s desks, monitors, Webex Mini stations to new locations. After desks are moved the techs will be responsible for making sure everything is plugged in and turned on.
Date: Estimated July 10th - July 14th (exact shifts are TBD but as of now we are looking at Wednesday July 10th would be 2pm - 9pm, and then Thursday - Sunday July 11th - 14th would be 8am - 5pm).
In this role you will be joining a team of IT Technicians to assist in moving employee’s desks, monitors, Webex Mini stations to new locations. After desks are moved the techs will be responsible for making sure everything is plugged in and turned on.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work fully onsite and lift up to 40 lbs
- A certification or technical Assosciates or Bachelor degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
- Ability to setup work stations, setup laptops and peripheral devices
- Aptitude for providing strong customer service through interactions and communications, verbally and written.
