Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to start their career in business analysis. The Junior Business Analyst will support various business functions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in the implementation of solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications.

1. Process Analysis and Improvement:

• Support the analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Help in recommending and implementing process improvements.

1. Project Support:

• Assist in planning and executing projects related to business process improvements.
• Help develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Support project management activities to ensure timely completion.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist in analyzing data to support business decisions.
• Help develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

• Facilitate communication between business units and IT.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and solutions.
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders.

1. System Implementation and Support:

• Support the implementation of new systems and technologies.
• Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Internship/Project Experience:
• Relevant internship experience or academic projects in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with database management and query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
