Job Description
The Change Management Professional will be part of the Change Function Team, which manages requests of various types from across the organization to provide and/or facilitate governance and decisioning, vetting and development support, delivery coordination, and sustainment activities.
In this role, the Change Management Professional is an active participant and change manager for large-scale organizational change initiatives. They support change planning and plan execution for such initiatives, ensuring that center and Shared Services team members have the information, training, and support they need to be effective before, during, and after implementations.
Primarily, this Change Manager will be supporting the EMR migration of moving from eClinicalWorks to Athena Health
