Summary:
Support the IT Project Manager with coordination of workstream deliverables.
Project Information:
The Salesforce/D365/EQAI Integration project consists of six distinct workstreams to integrate acquired businesses into common systems. These workstreams have staggered go-live dates to accommodate the work and business needs. One workstream went live 6/1/24, future workstreams planned to go live 8/1/24, 10/1/24, 11/1/24, and 2/1/25.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress and update project schedules, advise project manager if tasks slipping.
- Monitor risks, action items, issues, and decisions to document and follow-up as needed.
- Coordinate delivery of hardware to affected sites.
- Ensure effective communication with the sites to ensure a smooth go-live.
- Create and post documentation to Teams/SharePoint sites.
- Facilitate team meetings and document decisions and action items.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.
- Highly organized and motivated individual
- Ability to work effectively with IT and non-IT team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMI CAPM Certification
- Certified Scrum Master
