Our client is needing an experienced Agile Project Manager to join a team that supports various areas of the client’s infrastructure specifically tied to Privileged Access Management and Identity Access Management. You will be helping a newly formed Agile team adopt the Scrum framework.
You will collaborate with three diverse teams across the PAM environment to develop schedules that ensure timely completion of project. You will be responsible for understanding system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the teams. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the team's backlog while driving Agile maturity.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years as an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master.
- 5 years of experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies and leading teams to achieve higher Agile maturity.
- Experience managing technical projects of moderate complexity- ideally IAM, PAM, Infrastructure Security, etc. related initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions.
- Experience in working in an enterprise-level environment or highly cross-functional and matrixed groups.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills along with a driven and motivated aptitude.
