Account Executive – Charlotte, NC – Optomi Professional Services

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients/companies in the Charlotte market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffee, lunches, etc.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is and how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs
  • Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
  • Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Prior experience in staffing industry preferred, not required
  • Proven success in a client-facing sales role
  • Experience targeting new business through cold calls, emails, etc.
