We're now hiring an ambitious, self-motivated, and career-driven sales professional to join the Brophy Air team. The main objective of the role is to obtain a formal meeting with the decision maker of a commercial facility to discuss our ability to save them money on their ownership and operating costs. Hours: Monday - Friday, day shift

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 base uncapped commissions

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and a strong local network
  • Self-driven, motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings
  • Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation
  • Have a clean, neat, and professional appearance; a top performer who can instill pride in their work and in others
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
  • Ability to work under pressure with little supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some post-high school education from a college, trade school, or military
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
  • Technical knowledge in the HVAC industry is a plus. We will provide training and mentorship to ensure your success.

Job Duties:

  • Aggressively seek out new business opportunities by consistently conducting cold call activities, networking opportunities, and first appointments at the decision-maker level.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner.
  • Meet with customers to review needs, develop solutions and aggressively manage quotes to close sales. You will be supported by the staff to develop and implement solutions.
  • Perform site surveys and pricing for HVAC equipment and systems. Build financial and life cycle analyses with our tools to quantify value from the customer's perspective.
  • Prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, and required company paperwork.
  • Build rapport and productive working relationships with customers, vendors, and other outside agents.
  • No supervision responsibility.
