Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join the team at our new, busy restaurant (Brothers Sports Bar & Grill). We have a brand new kitchen with lots of space and quality equipment. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing your station, keeping ingredients stocked and fresh, checking your station at end of the night and adding necessary items to the prep list, etc. You will be preparing delicious simple dishes such as philly cheesesteaks, burgers and quesadillas. Experience is a must for this position as we need someone that can get up to speed quickly. In addition to manning the grill station, you will also be an integral part of the team working closely with the Chef and cooks to ensure quality service. We work as a team and help each other out across the board.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
- Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner=
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
