**Director**

**Overview:**

Join our team as a Director where you will oversee and lead our automotive service department. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to deliver exceptional service to our customers. **Duties:**

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the automotive service department, including tire service, brake repair, shocks struts, auto body repair, air brake, automotive diagnostics, oil change, and more.

- Ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery to meet customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize department performance and achieve revenue targets.

- Lead a team of technicians and service advisors, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Maintain inventory control and oversee equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and retention.

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in automotive service management or a related field is preferred.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in areas such as automotive service, oil change, tire service, and diesel engine repair.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.

- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening.
