Summary:

Successful candidate must have a minimum of a 4-year bachelor's degree with two to four years of IT and/or clinical lab technology experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with Information systems/technology, specifically Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) required. Preferred experience with technical knowledge in Atomoic Pathology, General Laboratory, Instrumentation/Medical Dvice interfaces, Microbiology, and/or Blood Bank. Certification and/or experience in Epic Beaker AP preferred. Additional experience in Epic Beaker CP a plus. Project leadership experience a plus. Microsoft office, software troubleshooting, systems analysis, customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills in a healthcare or IT setting and manage projects with various levels of complexity.
