Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Administrative Assistant to join our New Mexico Team!
What You'll Do
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions to provide support to the Commercial Lines Team
- Ensure that all clients, guests, and teammates are greeted with efficiency, professionalism, and warmth
- Answer phones, route callers, and take and deliver messages
- Run/create weekly and monthly reports for the department
- Scan and attach all mail/correspondence for the department
- Copy and assemble proposals
- Address policy change requests by processing endorsements
- Follow-up on cancellations and endorsements
- Maintain pleasant and satisfactory relationships with all company and agency personnel, communicating all relevant information to the respective parties
- Maintain appropriate level of confidentially of information processed
- 1 years of office administration experience
- Previous Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
