Compile data and performs routine clerical tasks to relieve Underwriter of minor administrative detail, using knowledge of underwriting and coverage issuing procedures. Reviews correspondence, records, and reports to select routine matters for processing. Direct risk-involved matters to Underwriter for further evaluation. Compile and summarizes pertinent data for losses, exposures and other information into a standard form for Underwriter.

What You'll Do
- Set up file on Shared drive, including saving application, loss runs, financials and schedules.
- Set up Member in OMS/ORIGAMI, if new Member.
- Review application for completeness and request additional information as needed.
- Set up Quote or Renewal in OMS/ORIGAMI, including exposures, limits and deductibles.
- Set and complete exposures, limits, & deductibles on Premium Comparison Worksheet.
- Update Loss Summary.
- Clean up and upload all schedules to OMS/ORIGAMI.
- Handle communication with agents to facilitate these functions.
- Process requests from Agents.
- Complete binder requests as necessary.
- Document and file signed forms.
- Process Coverage Agreements.
- Complete endorsements.
- Process Terms and Conditions Letters.
- Compile member information for excess carriers.
- Process clearance requests as directed.
- Process “AOR” Agent of Record requests as directed.
- Archive member files as needed
- Florida 220 or Florida 440 license and equivalent in work experience.
- High School Diploma
- 1 year clerical work experience
- Experience with standard ISO and commercial insurance carrier standards a plus
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
