We are a busy ophthalmology practice looking for a full time Medical Phone Receptionist/Medical Front Desk. The ideal candidate is a motivated, hard working, and a team player!

Responsibilities include:

• Registering patients upon arrival
• Intake new patient information
• Enter insurance information
• Verify insurance
• Schedule patient appointments
• Collecting co-pays and patient balances
• Direct patients, as appropriate
• Works well under pressure and able to handle high call volume
• Great customer service skills
• Triage Patient Calls
• Perform other duties as assigned
