Job description
Browning Contractors Inc. is a leading underground construction company for the Central Valley. We are looking for experienced industry leaders with a strong work ethic, ability to lead a team effectively, and willingness to learn. Foreman is responsible for communicating between upper management and crew members. It is vital applicants are confident in problem solving and have a minimum of five years of experience in underground construction.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time; reach for tools and objects with hands and arms; climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk to and hear customers. The employee must occasionally lift to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to see up close and at a distance, as well as use peripheral vision and depth perception, and be able to look at, read, and use a computer, electronic devices, and phones for long periods of time.

Benefits package provided after 60 days includes: Medical, Dental, and Vision. A $25,000 life insurance policy is provided by the company and eligible on day one of employment. Retirement account, 401(K) eligibility after 6 months of employment.
Experience:
· Must have 5 years’ experience.
· Experience as an operator or loader (Komatsu, John Deere, or similar equipment)
· Basic mathematical skills
· Excellent Communication skills.
· Read Blueprints
· Knowledgeable in City, County, and municipality requirements
License/Certification:
Driver’s License (Required)
Most work is located within the Central Valley. Weekly hours will average 45 /- depending on weather and business demands.

Normal hours run from 6am to 5pm Monday through Friday, rotating Saturdays. Hours may vary and applicants must be open to working overtime and weekends.

**Pay: $35 per hour, DOE**
