What We are Looking for:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to motivate, lead, and encourage a team of 2-3 crew members
• Strong work ethic and integrity with a desire to keep projects on budget
• Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred
• Attention to detail, a basic understanding of grading, drainage, and construction
• 1-2 years of landscaping/installation experience preferred
• 1-2 years leading others in landscape installation experience is preferred
• Safely operate company tools and equipment
• Able to read landscape plans and drawings
• Ability to interact with clients and potential customers in a professional, courteous manner
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Willingness to help our team GROW by giving and receiving constructive criticism respectfully
• The ability to drive tractors with trailers is a plus, training available
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
