BRS is Hiring a Project Analyst Near Panama, FL

Panhandle Power Solutions is seeking self-motivated, deadline-driven Project Analysts to assist with the day-to-day operations of our ongoing projects at Tyndall AFB. As Project Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical contracting projects. The Project Analyst will be responsible for analyzing project data, preparing reports, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules. This position will be on-site as well as occasional office-based tasks at Tyndall AFB, Panama City, Florida.
Successful Project Analysts must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on-site within a dynamic construction environment. Candidates will be strong leaders, pro-active, and perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):
  • Maintain project schedule control.
  • Prepare drawing version control and updates.
  • Capturing client meeting attendance and correspondence.
  • Provide ProCore daily report reviews.
  • Prepare detailed ProCore meeting updates.
  • Responsible for Change Order identification based on SOW and/or drawing or schedule revisions.
  • Assist the project management team in planning and executing electrical contracting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist in resource planning and allocation, ensuring optimal use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on project status and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project analysis, project management, or a related role, preferably within the construction or electrical contracting industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ProCore) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and adapt to changing project conditions.
