Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, collecting feedback, and extending and negotiating offers of employment.
• Maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency and to help influence hiring decisions.
• Strong consulting skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage existing vendor/agency relationships to help source top talent into our organization.
• Leverage social networking, and other recruiting technologies and tools to proactively connect with a broad and diverse talent network.
• Ensure that candidates have an excellent experience throughout the interview process.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree is required.
• 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within biotech or other related industries
• Demonstrated understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to deliver successful outcomes.
• Proven ability to maintain discretion in confidential situations.
• Ability to guide hiring managers during the hiring process from beginning to onboarding.
• Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
