Manage and drive the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, collecting feedback, and extending and negotiating offers of employment.
Maintain data integrity within the ATS, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency and to help influence hiring decisions.
Strong consulting skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
Manage existing vendor/agency relationships to help source top talent into our organization.
Leverage social networking, and other recruiting technologies and tools to proactively connect with a broad and diverse talent network.
Ensure that candidates have an excellent experience throughout the interview process.
Qualifications
A BA/BS degree is required.
5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within biotech or other related industries
Demonstrated understanding of the hiring process, key recruiting metrics, and how to deliver successful outcomes.
Proven ability to maintain discretion in confidential situations.
Ability to guide hiring managers during the hiring process from beginning to onboarding.
Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
