Overview

The Customer Project Management Team APAC acts as an interface between Sales, CX/CO, Production, Logistic, Service and various departments and divisions to execute the order to cash process within the BBIO organization by taking the responsibility for defined and assigned customer projects of high value within the region APAC. The main goal beside the support of the organization is to find, communicate and help by elimination of ineffiencies within the BBIO organization.

Responsibilities

• Leading the regional customer project team APAC.
• Delegation of job and work tasks within the team to ensure a cross-functional planning, execution and controlling of the customer projects within the region.
• Execution of the service creation of the assigned customer projects throughout the whole order to cash process (purchase order to final acceptance) ensuring a timely revenue execution.
• Ensuring a timely and situational communication with customers, external and internal stakeholders.
• Processing of change requests / order changes to ensure the claim management of the assigned projects.
• Responsible for exception handling (Management of deviations, risks and crises) in the assigned customer projects, development of handling solutions and submission of them to the management.
• Taking action in the development of BBIO processes to ensure a continuing improvement of the whole organization.
• Taking part in the development and maintenance of projects documents and supportive initiatives.
• Helping the Sales, Operations and Service function within the order execution responsibility to serve the customer needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or vocational training
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience about project management in a comparable technical field
• Familiar with project management knowledge and procedure, with skilled leadership experience.
• Collaborates well, builds effective business relationships, and brings new or alternative perspectives forward to overcome difficulty or uncertainty.
• Life sciences industry preferred but not must
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
