Real Estate Sales Agent For Rental Division

We are looking for 3 agents with a "go-getter" personality, who are self-motivated and hard-working.

$135,000 at plan earnings

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective tenants in finding their ideal rental apartment
• Conduct property tours and highlight the features and benefits of each unit
• Respond to inquiries from potential tenants promptly and professionally
• Assist in the application process, including background checks and lease signing
• Maintain updated records of available properties and tenants
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction
• Utilize various marketing strategies to promote available rentals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of the local rental market is a plus
• A real estate license
• Proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
