• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal
• Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing
• Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract

In addition, we require all applicants to match the following responsibilities:

• Be willing to make a minimum of 25 phone contacts per day
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car is a plus
