We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities
Analytics and Reporting: Understand and utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular reports to partners on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Marketing Strategy: Work with the Leadership Team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the law firm's goals and objectives and implement them. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify target markets and practice areas for focused marketing efforts
Branding and Positioning: Manage and safeguard the law firm's brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials and communications
Digital Marketing: Oversee the firm's digital marketing efforts. Google My Business and Professional Directories: Monitor, expand, and optimize the firm's market presence on GMB and all professional
Authority Content: Collaborate to create compelling and informative content, such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to establish the firm's expertise and thought leadership
Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, track milestones for different campaigns, and assist in the execution of the marketing projects and campaigns
Client Development: Develop and implement client-focused marketing strategies to nurture relationships, enhance client retention, and foster client referrals
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the legal market
Print: Oversee the firm's print marketing efforts, including advertisements, brochures, resources, etc.
Results Tracking: Utilize appropriate tracking tools to ensure each marketing channel is measured independently. Create reports, dashboards, etc. enabling clear, measured metrics reporting of the ROI and success of all marketing efforts. Interpret and report results to the firm owner and executive leadership in the scheduled cadence
Policies, Systems, and Procedures (PSPs): Create PSPs for the Marketing Division and marketing team members regarding all efforts herein to create a well-oiled Automatic Marketing Machine
Technology Usage and Management: Assist in fully utilizing developing, expanding, and maintaining the firm's CRM software, Call Rail, review capture software, and other technology utilized in the firm's marketing efforts
•Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
•Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
•Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
•Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
•Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
Qualifications
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal marketing or professional services marketing, with a proven track record of success
•Proficiency in all marketing strategies and channels identified herein
•Proficiency with using technology tools in marketing management and execution, including CRMs
•Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, Conditional formatting, etc.), PowerPoint, Word, etc.
•Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing approaches within the context of the legal profession
•Passionate about staying current with industry trends and best practices in legal marketing
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, inspire, and build relationships across different internal departments and with external partners and vendors
Ability to lead by example, exhibiting our firm core values and putting them into practice.
•Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
•Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related majors
•Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field
•Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
