```Duties```
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main duties will include:

- Managing and supervising all restaurant staff, including cooks and servers
- Ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Utilizing Aloha POS system to manage orders, payments, and inventory
- Coordinating catering events and ensuring customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
