Job Description

The applicant will be working with existing clients and developing new clients for commercial and industrial roofing projects. The person will work on sales, estimating, and project management of these jobs. The work will consist of roofing renovation, roofing maintenance and new work. We are targeting an individual with previous commercial roofing or construction sales experience. Tasks will progress as the applicant gets more experience, resulting in more independence and opportunity within the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Represents the company in a positive manner to other trades, contractors, architects and owners.
• Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Submits required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Previous experience within the commercial roofing industry
