This is a hands-on position reporting directly to the Executive Pastry Chef, where you'll master daily operational duties, production guidelines, and pastry recipes in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Learn and Execute : Master all job duties, from daily preparation to production in our bakery.

Adhere to Standards : Follow all F&B WLW SOPs, local health department regulations, and federal guidelines.

Quality Control : Inspect all food received for freshness and proper specifications.

Proper Storage : Store all raw and prepared items using mandated procedures.

Food Prep Compliance : Follow recipes and procedures for food prep in accordance with HACCP standards.

Cost Management : Maintain food and labor costs, control schedules, and minimize overtime.

Supervision and Mentorship : Help supervise the stewarding department and mentor staff for potential lateral or cook positions.

Ingredient Freshness : Ensure the freshness of foods and ingredients, adhering to recipes and portion use records.

Guest Satisfaction : Strive for positive guest feedback and influence corporate rankings.

Team Cooperation : Foster a climate of cooperation and respect among coworkers.

Career Development : Mentor associates for career growth and advancement.

What We’re Looking For :

Education / Experience :

Culinary education or apprenticeship is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Conditions :
