Your local family owned Bruster's is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who aims to be a vital member of our Bruster's Real Ice Cream Phoenix management team. We are hiring for multiple locations. With three current stores and one opening soon, our ice cream is taking the valley by storm!

Our successful candidate will embrace Bruster's core values of respect, accountability, involvement, heart, and fun while leading and motivating their team to do the same. With an average of 30 employees at each store, encompassing mostly high school and college age team members, it is imperative that this individual possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills and the desire to train and motivate the upcoming generation. In addition, the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment is a must.

We are interested in hiring someone as a General Manager or as an assistant manager and developing the candidate into a General Manager.

Qualifications:

• College degree or previous retail or restaurant management experience
• Desire to learn " The Bruster's Way" and willingness to take direction and feedback
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Honest, Trustworthy & Responsible.
• Ability to excel in this position with the potential to be promoted within the organization

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the operation is focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience
• See the store as your own, building and developing the team while running the store efficiently.
• Ensure that the store is clean and appealing to customers
• Train and motivate team to function in a way that encourages hard work and high productivity
• Create a safe, fun and memorable work experience, earn the trust of the team and help make Bruster's a place employees will recommend to others!
