Bry's Filipino Cuisine is a locally owned, family run business with a small team.

We are looking for someone upbeat and outgoing who is quick on their feet and has fantastic people skills! We strive to create a professional atmosphere while making people feel comfortable and like they are part of the family every time they walk through the door. Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for interacting with people, while maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Job Duties will include seating, taking orders, mixing and serving alcoholic beverages, pre-bussing and bussing tables, running food and answering the phone. Often times you will be alone on the floor, which means having the ability and experience to stay calm and work well under pressure, effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking.

This is a tip sharing position. There is an expectation that all team members in the restaurant are receiving a portion of the gratuity customers leave. Not tip-pool, but FOH does tip out a percentage of their tips to BOH.

Open availability ideal but not required

Bartending experience is necessary. We have a full bar and you will need to know how to make drinks. Minimum 3 years serving experience and 1 year bartending.

Sense of Urgency and Quick Movement are absolutely necessary for this position!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and equipment
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with Square POS system is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience in catering or hospitality industry is beneficial
