We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Admissions Nurse to join our dedicated team to assist with evening Admissions.

Job Description: As the Evening Admissions Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective residents and their families. You will work closely with our administrative and clinical teams to facilitate smooth transitions into our facility. Your responsibilities will include co/managing inquiries, conducting tours, coordinating admissions paperwork, and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage Inquiries: Respond promptly to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing detailed information about our services and the admissions process.

· Conduct Tours: Schedule and conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families, highlighting our care services and amenities.

· Coordinate Admissions: Assist prospective residents and their families in completing all necessary admission paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

· Maintain Records: Accurately maintain admissions records and documentation, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.

· Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the nursing, social services, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.

· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources to promote Bryan Manor Skilled Nursing Facility.

· Market the Facility: Participate in community outreach and marketing activities to promote the facility and generate referrals.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

· License: RN or LVN preferred

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare admissions role, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.

· Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
