What You Will Be Doing

• Requests and pursues payment on delinquent accounts via communication with account holder;
• Follows established guidelines to review and update account status;
• Maintains log of payment promises and pertinent account details; schedules follow-up communication with account holder;
• Monitors accounts receivable and cash receipt reports; and
• Performs other related duties as required.

What You Need for this Position

• At least two years of related experience required;
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software;
• Self-starting and assertive, high energy, highly organized and ownership mentality;
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
• Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills with ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
