Status : Full-Time, 37.5 hours / week, occasional weekends

This organization is part of the Community Services Board (CSB), which supports public behavioral healthcare in Virginia.

Summary :

The PACT Team Coordinator in conjunction with the PACT Program Manager leads a multidisciplinary team of mental health counselors in serving those with severe mental illness.

The PACT Team Coordinator duties include providing leadership, assessing, developing, coordinating, and providing treatment and rehabilitation and support services.

Directs the day-to-day clinical operations of the PACT team including managing a team of clinicians, program budgeting, reviewing documentation, and providing licensed clinical supervision to appropriate staff.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

• 60-hour master’s degree from an accredited college / university in an applicable human services field and preferred licensure in the State of Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• 2 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness in a community mental health environment. Prefer one year or more of supervisory experience.

• Ability to maintain a consistent and dependable work schedule.
• Ability to travel to meetings, other campuses, and counseling sites.
• Knowledge of and adherence to licensure regulations related to services provided.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Ability to use a personal computer and other office equipment.
• Knowledge and ability to provide clinical supervision to QMHP-Es, Interns, and / or LMHP-Es.
• Willingness and availability to work modified schedules (weekends, holidays, etc.) as required.
• Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to any worksite as needed.
• Ability to transport clients and provide services to clients at other locations.
• Regular attendance at trainings and meetings, which may require travel to various sites.
• Ability to participate in and successfully pass behavioral intervention training.
• Includes both verbal de-escalation skills and physical skills techniques to be utilized with consumers as needed.
