Primary Function:
Bryant & Stratton College is currently seeking a Technology Coordinator. This person will provide administrative technical support to Albany Market Locations. The candidate is responsible for providing customer service to students, associates and any college vendors.
Responsibilities:
The ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, with a diverse group of students and peers is required. This person must have the ability to think creatively, ask probing questions, recognize problems, formulate solutions, and have good follow-up skills. The Technology Coordinator will have a positive attitude and handle problems in a professional and courteous manner.
Minimum Requirements:
An Associates Degree is required. If the degree is in a discipline other than Information Technology the candidate must possess at least two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training or competency in the Computer Technology field.
Hours: Full Time: 40 hours a week
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Friday 8:00 am – noon
Holiday and Saturday hours may be assigned
Hours are subject to change based on the needs of students.
Reports To: System IT Manager
Interview Process:
This is a 3-step interview process:
1 – Phone or Teams interview with BSC IT Personal
2 – Panel Campus Interview
3 – Finalist Panel Campus Interview
NON-EXEMPT POSITION:
SALARY:
$45,000 - $48,000 ($21.63 - $23.07 per hour)
This position is eligible for overtime.
