Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Human Capital, Program Support Specialist that will provide human capital operational support for our federal government customer performing in their Senior Executive Services Program.
The candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing expert knowledge of federal human capital recruitment, performance management, awards, recognition, talent development and associated programmatic regulations, policies, practices, concepts and procedures to execute and assess program requirements.
  • Overseeing and administrating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the various programs and activities related to the senior executive services program.
  • Providing best practice techniques and innovations from across Government, the Federal human capital community, and industry.
  • Advising on operating goals and objectives for the program, identifies opportunities to enhance program operations to achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness and to fulfill program objectives.
  • Supporting the programs business partners and executive services leadership in their daily work and in strategic planning efforts.
  • Supporting and executing recruiting, classification, staffing, hiring, and on-boarding.
  • Creating and drafting hiring and staffing materials, including position descriptions, organizational charts and providing classification services to properly assess and classify executive roles
  • Participating in activities and processes related to program reviews and analysis and supports the development of recommendations, implementation and integration of new programmatic solutions and strategies.
  • Executing processes and workflows to enable core hiring activities, including submitting actions requests, conducting classification analysis, running queries and reports, creating vacancy announcements and requisitions in the staffing systems, analyzing and documenting applicant data and information.
  • Developing and distributing communications and change management products and deliverables.
  • Assisting in the information technology assessments, requirements design and development, in support of the program
  • Providing research, reporting and analysis, documentation and advice on Federal Agency Executive Resources policies, program and requirements.
  • Supporting data requests by researching information and developing responses to requests
  • Establishes criteria for evaluating and tracking program metrics and leads or assists in special projects or initiatives as requested.
  • Providing analytical and data services and deliverables
Qualifications
  • Master's degree plus 6 years' experience, or bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience
  • 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Teams, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Additional Information
Salary range $70,000 to $80,000.
