BryComm is Hiring a Security coordinator Near Hutto, TX

BryComm is looking for a Service Coordinator to join the Security Team . The Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Security Division and Project Managers on medium- to large-scale construction projects.

A thriving Service Coordinator gets the best out of both people and projects. They keep projects meticulously on schedule and within scope and budget, working toward high efficiencies and flawless execution.

This role will report to the Division Manager and will be tasked with maintaining consistent communications with our internal departments, including Estimating, Operations, Accounting, and Receiving.

Responsibilities

  • Works with PMs and accounting to sets up Service WO Numbers, processes job cost moves.
  • Tracks LOI’s and NTP’s and updates schedules accordingly.
  • Maintains oversight on open WO’s and pending status needs, scheduling when ready to support.
  • Creates Service WO’s in Acumatica (ACM).
  • Tracks Service job / WO status and ensures invoicing is being submitted.
  • Responsible for maintaining RMR records : new customer set up, customer changes, reviewing vendor billing, customer billing and communication.
  • Tracks AR for jobs that have been invoiced and any pending payments.
  • Assists in WO / job close out procedures.
  • Maintains and files external customer contracts.
  • Manages the ordering of supplies, equipment, and materials for projects assists with receiving.
  • Basic understanding of Security operations.
  • Communicates regularly with team including, but not limited to, Human Resource, Recruiting, Fleet, Accounting, etc.
  • Provides exceptional customer service upon request to completion, ensuring the customer has appropriate updates on all open and pending WO’s.
  • Assist with updating weekly reports from team and upper management.
  • Assist with managing and tracking permitting and engineering status.
  • Manages certifications and tracks renewal requirements.
  • Support on-site when applicable
  • May be asked to support the team in other areas.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of construction administrative support or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external.
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment while also excelling at self-motivated, independent work.
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, including meeting or exceeding deadlines without being prompted.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, and standard procedures.
