Responsibilities

• Oversee the budgeting, planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short and long-term projects of varying degrees to include the main campus and all outside entities or prospective locations
• Report directly to the Director of Facility Services, work closely with other Facility Managers in the areas of Construction, Plant Operations, Facilities Maintenance, Landscape, and Clinical Engineering, and coordinate with other business leaders/project stakeholders
• Lead process improvement and efficiency efforts

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Three (3) or more years of project management experience, specifically in a construction environment

Preferred Job Requirements:

• PMP, PE, or Similar
• University Degree in a related subject, B.S. or higher
• Healthcare environment experience
• $5 million project scope experience
• Experience in all aspects of construction project management including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost accounting, project timelines, plan verification, site inspections, regulatory compliance, project presentations
