We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting our clients in securing the ideal mortgage solutions that align with their financial goals. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to streamline the mortgage application process and ensure a seamless and successful closing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Consult with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial objectives.

· Provide expert guidance on mortgage options, interest rates, and tailored financing solutions.

· Assist clients throughout the application process and facilitate the collection of necessary documentation.

· Analyze financial data to determine eligibility and affordability.

· Conduct research and compare mortgage products from a variety of lenders.

· Negotiate favorable terms with lenders on behalf of clients.

· Stay updated on the latest mortgage industry trends and regulatory changes.

· Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,321.75 - $71,441.25 per year
