Housekeeping Supervisor

Principle Responsibilities
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.
• Clean common area bathrooms.
• Clean, organize, and replenish restrooms, storage areas, and maintenance supplies.
• Remove waste and empty trash.
• Participate in "flipping" of rooms in the hotel and bunk houses.
• Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or needed repairs.
• Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
• Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications & Training
• 18 years of age or older
• Strong time management skills.
• A STRONG attention to detail is a MUST.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and comply with policies.
• Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
• Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America

Physical Requirements
• Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements
