Bspoke Title Holdings is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Fort Worth, TX

Company Overview

Bspoke Title Holdings manages title insurance agents in and around Texas.

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in the DFW area of Texas. You will be responsible for defining and carrying out the sales strategy, maximizing our business development potential, setting and tracking goals, creating value propositions, creating sales scripts, reviewing, analyzing and presenting data for success. You will also manage company's CRM and will be responsible for managing your own pipeline of leads, and training/managing ("coaching") various team members on all the above, as well.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of title insurance products and services, as well as competitors’ products and services.
  • Develop leads and sales opportunities and follow through with defined sales plan.
  • Analyze and interpret records of present and past sales, trends, and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management.
  • Report business development and sales activity as required by sales manager.
  • Achieve personal sales and profit targets according to sales plan created by sales manager.
  • Maintain an updated target list of prospective, qualified customers in CR and monitor progress in converting from prospective to current customers.
  • Work with other business units to cross-sell title insurance products and services.
  • Represent Bspoke companies in the market and at industry events.
  • Promote open communication between sales, title, escrow, and customer service representatives to maintain mutually beneficial, productive internal relationships.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.

Requirements

· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

· Ability to accurate forecast business development

· Ability to create sales goals, value propositions, scripts, and strategies

· Proven ability to not only drive the business development process from beginning to end, but to manage and teach others to do the same

· Ability to analyze data and report trends and problems

· Strong business sense and business development expertise

· Prefer, but do not require, experience working with lenders and real estate professionals

· Formal sales training and experience managing others in sales/business development

· 4 years’ experience

· Some travel may be required (within State of Texas)
