Responsibilities :

• Pick order by reading pick tickets, label and complete necessary paperwork to achieve agreed turn-round targets
• Pack orders as required by BJG work instructions or specific customer requirements
• Perform Cycle Counting, Inventory control and vendor management inventory
• Receive deliveries, check quantities, check receiving documentation
• Relocate inspected components as required by BJG work instructions
• Order and replenish consumables
• Correctly operate barcode scanners in order picking and relocating processes
• Participate in forklift certification, recertification as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Hands on inspection of all products, components, and assemblies.
• Develop Quality team members
• Cable assembly technical subject matter expert
• Achieves quality objectives by monitoring day-to-day activities, identifying, and addressing gaps and problems' completing audits' implementing change and providing regular feedback to the Quality Manager.
• Ensure staff compliance with IPC 620 & J STD procedures and processes

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in an electronic distribution center warehouse or equivalent
• Computer literate : Microsoft Office, UPS World Ship, FedEx Ship Manager
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform specified tasks
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work load
• Ability to count accurately and verify others work
• Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment (50lbs) some of which may be heavy or awkward
