BTD Enterprises, LLC is looking for a sitework construction superintendent to add to our team in the Rapid City, SD area.
We specialize in commercial site preparation, site utility installation and water and sewer installation. Our team is dedicated to deliver quality and integrity to each of our clients. Job Description/Duties/Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a Water & Sewer Installer’s license
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Be able to work a minimum of 10 hours a day and overtime if needed
- Must be able to read project plans
- Know your plans and specifications
- Create and follow your schedule on each project to accomplish completion dates
- Supervise operations from start to finish on a project, while maintaining safe job practices and the use of safety equipment
- Required to follow OSHA Safety Standards and Company Policies
- Schedule crews’ duties and assign responsibilities
- Perform training as needed in all areas of the project
- Assist with all tasks
- Inspect work in progress to ensure accuracy, quality and efficiency
- Ensure that appropriate materials and equipment are on-site for the construction when needed
- Review submittals and shop drawings to ensure that the materials and equipment received are correct
- Attend project pre-construction and progress meetings
- Communicate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers and Inspectors to resolve and coordinate construction
- Display a positive attitude towards the company, fellow employees and customers
