Job Description
- Overseeing procurement division's daily activities including the entire process from supplier selection to submitting quotations and ensuring turning into the actual PO.
- Analyzing key procurement items for each fabrication process and identifying new potential generating items
- Strengthen communication with clients to diversify the range of products we handle
- Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives
- Manage and oversee the procurement process, including the selection of vendors, negotiation of contracts, and management of supplier relationships
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental goals
- Create sourcing strategy to provide best value to clients and meet their satisfaction
- Analyzing each fabrication process and infra department to keep extending our business scope
- Finding potential suppliers based on project requirements, inquiry products
- Finding alternative sources based on understanding of client's specific requirement
- Semiconductor field experience preferred (Samsung or Samsung Tier 1)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, semiconductor related (or demonstrable equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft office and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Bilingual Preferred (English and Korean)
- Competitive Salary ; Negotiable depends on the experience. Commensurate with experience
