**Responsibilities:**- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding- Oversee HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy- Support compliance efforts with FMLA, EEO, DOT and other employment laws- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives**Skills and Abilities:**- Proven experience in human resources management- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.- Familiarity with HR software- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and regulations- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Bilingual preferred but not required (Korean)
